Research

My interest is in clastic sedimentology and sequence stratigraphy, with a focus on deltaic environments. My thesis work will be centered on characterizing lateral and downdip changes in the Panther Tongue member of the Star Point formation in order to better constrain facies types in what is considered classic deltaic unit. I will be conducting field work in Utah around the Wasatch Plateau and the Book Cliffs.
